\nOur board of administration of AEROPLIO consists of many well-known people of Literature and the Arts that have a substantial work in the Greek Artistic Area.<\/p>\n
AEROPLIO is also :

\n\u2022 member of the EUROPE INTERPLAY FESTIVAL FOR YOUNG PLAYWRIGHTS
\n\u2022 Has participated in foreign Theatre Festivals like Munich , Paris , Ankara , Helsinki. London & Chelmsford-England, Plovdiv-Bulgaria, Washighton DC-USA Melbourne-Australia,. Augsburg-Germany, Kiev-Ukraine.
\n\u2022 The plays it presents are always approved by the ministry of Education and Culture<\/p>\n
Aeroplio, every year realises the following activities:
\n\u2022 presents performances of classic and contemporary theatre works
\n\u2022 presents performances for children and young people
\n\u2022 hosts performances of international and European theatre groups
\n\u2022 directs seminars for Teachers and educators based upon innovative methods (CLEAR)
\n\u2022 participates in National and European Projects concerning Theatre and education.
\n\u2022 Travels abroad with performances and workshops<\/p>\n
September 2016 AEROPLIO THEATRE enter its 32nd year of rich and creative course in Theatre activities. We will continue to produce performances for children and adults in our venue. A renovated Neo-classical building of 1925 of 450 m2 with two theatre spaces that will host 220 and 60 people accordingly. The name of the theatre is TOPOS ALLOu (means : a place elsewhere) and is a full equipment theatre building which presents performances for adults and young people.<\/p>\n
Aeroplio has many performances for children of all ages from 3 to 18 years old. Some of which are presented also in English . The themes are inspired by Mythology, History and Literature as well as contemporary themes.
\nFurthermore, Aeroplio presents Storytelling performances for all ages and adults, using special elements. The narrator uses many objects to make the story come alive, puppets, masks shadows, props and costumes. Music, songs and slides projection is included.<\/p>\n
