The Christmas Workshops of Santa’s Elves

Christmas decoration workshop

With simple, clean materials the children make Christmas decorations. Out of paper and other colourful materials they make small toys and objects to hang on their own tree.

The workshop of wishes

With drawing and collage, the children make Christmas cards to send to their friends, or to Santa Claus himself. He needs a card so he knows which present to bring each child and doesn’t get muddled.

The puppet workshop

With simple and always clean materials, the children make Christmas puppets. The workshop table fills up with Santas, little angels, reindeer and snowmen.

The sleigh workshop

A large sleigh hangs in the workshop, waiting to set off. But it has no reindeer. The children fill that gap: with colourful paper and other clean materials they make reindeer, small and large, and then harness them to the sleigh so it is ready to go when the time comes. First come the reindeer that know the way, then the big strong ones, and first and foremost Rudolf with his shining nose, to light the road.

Crowns for little kings

A workshop is set up and all the materials, simple and harmless, are on the table. Card, knitted pieces, woollen ribbons, paper garlands and much more. The animateurs and actors, dressed in rich, spectacular costumes, hand the children the materials and help them build and decorate their crowns.

The workshops are designed to give children plenty to work with, so they can create in many ways, using their imagination and materials that are colourful and inventive, simple, natural and harmless.
